STORAGE TANK FOR INDUSTRY

The series includes a range from  01 mc. to 80 mc. The section is vertical cylindrical with a convex sky and the convex bottom on brackets feet. Capacities and dimensions can be changed on request, the diameters range from 1100 mm to 3000 mm. The positioning of the accessories is performed on the customer’s detail. All the tanks are equipped with serial identification number, PCQ and dossier of end fabrication with all certificates. All tanks are built in compliance with the international standard UNI EN 13121 safety factor 8 and for high temperatures with a safety coefficient 12.

CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES

• High mechanical resistance obtained by alternating with mats. The internal barrier (chemical resistant) is obtained by using Epoxy Vinyl Ester resin and type C or synthetic glass. Funds made with chemical resistant barriers and with additional layers of mats alternating and mat. Outer layer rich in resin gel coat which makes the product smooth and resistant to atmospheric agents. All our tanks are treated with hot air in a special polymerization oven.

STATIC DECANTER

It consists of a container with a vertical cylindrical section with a conical bottom entirely made of polyester with glass fiber, supported by four painted metal legs, with relative crosspieces and support plates. The standard dotation includes three flanges for water outlet from the decanter, clear water outlet and sludge discharge, a notched overflow channel and a still pipe with relative support bars.

APPLICATIONS (Fields of use)

The most common application is to use this container for the decanting of medium volumes of wastewater, where they require considerable minimum holding time, therefore ideal in biological treatment plants.

STATIC DISOLEATOR

The SA.VE.’s disoleator are made in P.R.F.V. and conceived in such a way as to minimize the occupied space with a very high efficiency, and made possible by the particular constructive form that favors the separation of fats, oils or other substances with a specific gravity lower than the water that floats towards the surface. The incoming flow finds a chamber of a size such as to reduce the instantaneous velocity to a value close to the flotation speed before the flow enters the separation zone. In the separation chamber the flow never exceeds the speed of 3.5 mm / sec, flotation rate of linseed oil to 15 c. The oily particles to reach the surface pass on the inclined plane and tend to cling until reaching a size that allows flotation upwards.

The Septic Tank type Imohoff – SA.VE. – It is made of fiberglass obtained by winding on a Roving mold of impregnated glass with isophthalic polyester resin and is intended for the clarification and oxidation treatment of the waste water of residential settlements. The material with which the tank is built guarantees conditions of high mechanical and chemical resistance together with the light weight which makes it easy to handle. The tank, made of monoblock, with a truncated cone shape both in the outer mantle and in the inner bell; this form, besides improving its stability in the soil, also facilitates the separation of the solids contained in the sewage with the contact on the inclined walls made perfectly smooth to prevent the formation of encrustations. Four partitions divide the sewage into an obligatory path.
